Design and transfer library specifications to us

  • Twist and Partner discuss library design specifications and other goals of the project

  • Partner transfers physical DNA libraries or provides sequences to Twist

Choose from one of our many libraries from the Libraries of Libraries

We synthesize DNA libraries in Partner's vector of choice or in-house constructs

Panning and sequencing

  • Up to 5 rounds of panning on biotinylated antigen or using cell
    based panning methods 
  • VH repertoire NGS analysis for enrichment between rounds

Screening

  • High throughput phage ELISAs conducted 
  • Positive clones from R4/R5 sequenced and re arrayed for gene
    synthesis 
  • For cell based targets, all sequence uniques carried forth for
    screening later as IgGs

  • VH/VL sequences synthesized in desired isotype variant expression vectors
